Room Rates
$89.00/night/room, single or double, plus tax. (Those willing to share a room can split the cost).

Room rate includes:

• Overnight accommodations on Thursday and Friday
• Continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday
• Lunch on Friday
• Free shuttle service from and to the O'Hare International Airport

NALIP will make your reservations for you.
You will need to present your credit card number to the hotel personnel upon arrival. Room payment (room charge, tax, and incidental charges) is your responsibility upon check out.

NOTE: NALIP will finalize room reservations with the Marriott on May 8, 2008. Conference registrations after that date will not guarantee a room or the room rate. However, rooms might be available. Late conference registrants bear the responsibility of making their own reservations after May 8.

Parking
Please be aware that parking at the hotel is $20/day.

Continuing Education Credit (CEU)

All participants who pay the full registration fee of $10 may apply for 1 CEU (10 contact hours) of continuing education from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis. Application forms will be at the conference. Please include the $10 processing fee with your registration fees.

Association Dues

Annual association dues for both LCMS Interim Ministry Conference (LCMS IMC) and the Interim Ministry Association of the ELCA (IMA ELCA) are $50. The annual dues may be included with the registration form. They will be directed to the respective association treasurer.
